DELIVERY AND RETURNS
UK & Northern Ireland Delivery
We use Royal Mail or Courier services to provide you with the best possible delivery available at your time of order. All prices we display already include VAT – The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximately 3-7 working days, please allow up to 25 working days (typically between 10 and 15) for Geti Rings and some other items such has handmade or made to order goods. The easist way to see delivery charges is to place your items in your cart or use the Estimate Shipping button below the shopping cart contents.
The delivery costs are primarily based on your location, the weight of the order, physical packaged size of the products and quantity required. Sometimes we are able to offer express or next day delivery on orders and some high value items are dispatched by Recorded Delivery, therefore please ask us if you need confirmation, you can use the comments box at checkout to let us know about delivery arrangement or ask about faster delivery options, if they are available, we will advise you if there will be an additional charge for you to pay.

If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by email. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered if delay is due to outside forces.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver to most countries. Please use the Delivery Estimator prior to checkout. International Delivery times are approximate, different countries have different customs checks etc. We recommend 4 -15 working days from dispatch.
Countries which we know to have strict customs on large items are Turkey, Cyprus, Switzerland, Sweden and Greece. These countries tend to take the longest on delivery. Cross-bordering shipments are subject to opening and inspections by customs authorities. Peroozle Bargain-Shop-Online is not liable for any local tax/duties that may be liable on international orders.
RETURNS
If any of the products received do not meet with your full expectations you may notify us and return them unopened/unused within 7 days of receipt. Where possible, good must be returned to us in unopened, re-saleable condition, upon which you will receive a full refund minus any delivery and/or handling charges.
If an item is missing or faulty/damaged you are welcome to return it to us if we are notified of the fault within 7 days of you receiving the item and they are returned to the address we give you within 14 days of you receiving it.
Any form of return requires a REFERENCE NUMBER before it can be forwarded to us. Therefore, please email us for a returns reference number before posting. This will ensure a smooth process of return and reimbursement.
If you return goods, we recommend that you use a secure postage method, such as recorded
delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery. We CANNOT
accept liability for non receipt of returned goods.We cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit but will investigate compensation via Royal Mail.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty due to reasons of hygeine. We are also unable to accept returns on items made to order such as Rings. If you require any help before ordering these items, please contact us first, we are only too pleased to help you.
